Judi's Sausage Stuffing
1 pound sausage roll, (example: Jimmy Dean original recipe)
1 egg
6 slices bread soaked in milk
1 small onion, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Soak bread in milk to moisten, mix remaining ingredients together and
fill cavity of turkey or chicken. Double recipe as needed depending on bird
size.
This is a simple to make, basic sausage stuffing recipe that I make to
fill the holiday turkey...a family favorite!
