Tante Marlene's Crab Cakes
1 pound crab meat
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2-3 dashes Worchestershire Sauce
2 ounces seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoon mayonaise or Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 green or red pepper, cored and chopped
1-2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
Gently mix all ingredients together and shape into patties. Saute in
oil over medium heat until lightly browned. Great served with a salad or
cole slaw.
