Hot Chicken Salad
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
3/4 cup celery, diced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 teaspoon chopped pimento
2 tablespoons mayonaise
1 can French fried onions
1 envelope chicken gravy mix
1 cup milk
Mix all ingredients together reserving 1/2 of the French fried onions
to sprinkle on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
