JoAnn's Corn Souffle
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 small corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
3 large eggs, beaten
1 stick margarine, melted
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 cup grated cheddar
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Grease casserole bowl and add all ingredients
EXCEPT cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the
cheddar cheese on top and bake 5 -10 minutes more.
This is a Peragallo family favorite. Simple to make and delicious!
