Chocolate Coconut Macaroons
1 square baking chocolate
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Melt baking chocolate in double boiler over simmering water. Add condensed
milk and blend. Add coconut and vanilla.
Drop onto buttered baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
This is a great recipe that is always part of the Bendixens' holiday
cookie tray!
