Terrific Aunt Mary's Veggie Pizza

2 packages crescent rolls

2 packages cream cheese (8 oz size pkg)

1 package Ranch style dressing mix

3/4 cup mayonaise

3/4 cup of each of these chopped veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms,

green pepper, carrots, etc. **you can use any combination of veggies - make up your

favorites list

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Line bottom of jellyroll pan with crescent rolls and bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, mayonaise and ranch dressing. Spread over cooled baked

crescent rolls. Sprinkle veggies over mixture and then sprinkle cheese on top. Refrigerate.

To serve, cut into squares or triangles.

 

**healthier variation: use reduced fat crescent rolls, low fat cream cheese, low fat mayonaise.
