Christine's Stuffed Mushrooms
1 lb box fresh mushrooms
1/2 medium onion
1 1/4 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cooking oil
seasoned salt & pepper to taste
Wash mushrooms thoroughly and separate stems from caps. Chop
onion and mushroom stems finely in blender. In bowl, mix chopped
onion & mushroom stems, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, seasoned
salt & pepper. Then stir in cooking oil to moisten. Stuff
mushroom caps with mixture and place filling side up in glass
baking pan greased with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until mushrooms are
brown and soft.
