Spinach Dip
1 package Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 10 oz. package of frozen spinach, thawed
and drained
garlic powder to taste
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup sour cream
Mix all ingredients together and chill
overnight. Amy always serves the dip with pumpernickel bread.
She hollows out a round loaf of pumpernickel bread, fills it
with the dip, and cuts the hollowed out bread into little cubes
for dipping.
It's become a must in recent years...Amy
gets requests to make this delicious dip at all our family gatherings.
It's always a big hit!
