Terrific Aunt Mary's Peanut Butter Pie
9" chocolate Graham cracker crust
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz)
1 cup peanut butter (creamy smooth)
3/4 cup sugar OR 1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. margarine
1 tub Cool Whip (8 oz)
*optional garnish - Cool Whip, grated chocolate.
Beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter, add sugar, vanilla
& margarine. Beat untl well mixed. Fold in 1 1/2 - 2 cups
of Cool Whip. Place mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate (or freeze
to serve at another time).
