GREEK CHICKEN
- 1 frying chicken
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp. each of parsley, oregano, paprika, garlic,
salt
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 stick butter
Put spices and flour in plastic bag and shake well. Add chicken
pieces to bag and shake again.
Melt butter and oil in baking pan and place chicken skin side
down in pan. Bake at 325 degrees
for 30 minutes, Turn over chicken pieces and bake another
30 minutes until crispy.
