German Cucumber Salad
4 cucumbers
4 oz. sugar
4 oz. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
Peel and thinly slice cucumbers, add 1 tbsp. Salt and mix
well. Cover and place in refrigerator over night. Salt will pull
water from cucumbers. Add vinegar and sugar and stir well. Garnish
with parsley.
This recipe is simple to make, and a great addition to any
buffet. We serve it throughout the summer at all our family barbeques.
