CHICKEN WITH CHEDDAR
CHEESE
- 16 serving size pieces of chicken, remove skin
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 6 green onions, chopped with stems
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sauterne wine
- paprika
Put chicken in an 8" x 12" pan. Sprinkle with onions.
Blend mushroom soup and wine and pour over chicken. Cover with
pakrika and cheese.
Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees. Do not cover or salt & pepper.
Serves 6 -8 people.
