Aunt Joycie's Blueberry Cake
- 1/4 pound butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 pint blueberries - should be carefully folded into batter
Cream together butter, sugar and egg. Add remaining ingredients
and mix together. Pour into 9" square pan. Pan should be
well greased and floured.
TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 pound butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix together until crumbly and spread over top of cake batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until tester comes out
clean.
